1 8 oz. package of lasagna noodles
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter, creamed
salt and pepper

Tomato Sauce:
onion, diced
garlic
ground beef
tomato paste
can of tomatoes
1 T. sugar
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
oregano
basil

1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and spread on cloth to dry. Mix all other ingredients together. Spread 1 T. on each cooked noodle. Roll tight. Place rolls, close together on shallow backing dishes. Pour tomato sauce over rolls. Cut mozzarella into thin slices and put a slice of cheese on each roll. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375.
