6 to 8 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 Large Onion, diced
2 T. Italian seasoning or to taste
Basil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Can be eaten plain, on bread or with chips
Can be used as a Salsa
Also you can use to make a flat bread pizza
