1/4 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
1/4 c. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground Cloves
1/2 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
1 c. Raisins
1 c. chopped Glace' mixed Fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. In large bowl cream Butter and Sugar until smooth. Beat in Eggs, Honey, and Vanilla till fluffy. In a small bowl stir together Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Nutmeg. Gradually blend half the flour mixture into creamed mixture. Stir the Nuts and Fruit into the remaining flour and then blend with the rest of the dough. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart., Bake one sheet at a time for 15-20 minutes or until centers spring back when lightly touched.
