4-6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 c. uncooked rice
2 boxes frozen or 1 bunch fresh Broccoli
1 cup cheese

Sauce:
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken into small pieces; cook. Cook rice. Cook broccoli (do not fully cook the broccoli; it will finish cooking in the oven) Mix the soup, mayo, sour cream and Lemon juice. In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer cooked rice, broccoli and chicken. Pour Sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 35 minutes
