4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1 package Spanish rice a roni, precooked
2 c. cheese
1 c. salsa
Enchilada Sauce, canned or dry packet
8-10 large tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken into small pieces. Combine chicken, (precooked) spanish rice, 1 1/2 c. cheese and salsa. If needed prepare dry packet of Enchilada Sauce.
In a 9x13 casserole dish, put 1/3 of the Enchilada Sauce.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll and put in dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
