Crumb Mixture: 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. parmesan, grated 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. salt
Topping: 1/4 c. Apple Juice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. parsley 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Combine ingredients for topping; set aside. Wash Chicken. Combine ingredients for Crumb Mixture. Coat chicken in crumb mixture and cook in 1/4 c. butter until done. Pour topping over chicken and Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
