1 Frozen Pie Crust
1 Fresh Zucchini
1 Fresh Onion
2 Fresh tomatoes ( blanched and skin removed)
Real Mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese ( your preference)
Salt, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
bake pie crust for 10 mins accordingly to instructions, cover outer pie crust with foil to avoid burning.Thinly slice zucchini, onions and tomatoes layered on bottom of crust. Top veggies with seasonings. Layer 1/4 inch-1/2 inch mayo on veggies- NOT miracle whip. Top with cheese and bake at 275 for 1 hr. Let set before cutting
