4 chicken breasts
1 red and orange bell pepper
1 white onion
1 pt mushrooms
1/4 c margarine
2 c Monterey jack cheese sliced
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c terriaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade chicken for 15 minutes in Worcestershire sauce and terriaki sauce. Slice up veggies and saute in frying pan with margarine. In another pan cook chicken with 1/4 c of marinade. Place chicken in baking dish and drain off marinade. Top chicken with veggies and sliced cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese melts and begins to bubble. Serve over rice and enjoy.
