1/2 cup butter flavor Wesson Oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups unsifted flour
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Stir remaining ingredients in with a spoon or fork. Sift flour, before mixing. Roll mixture out like biscuit dough. Add extra flour as needed to work dough. Roll dough thin, and cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake in preheated 400 oven, for 13-14 minutes till brown.
