3-4 chicken breasts, chopped in 1" pieces
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
yellow bell pepper, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 fresh pineapple, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken on medium high heat until white on the outside, almost fully cooked. Cook onions and peppers until onions are translucent. Add pineapple and cook until warm. Mix sauce with remaining ingredients and add to chicken mixture. Mix well, serve and enjoy. Note - The sauce ingredients are just a guide, make to taste
