2 c. glutinous rice flour (also called "sticky rice flour")
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, drain the glutinous rice flour and stir it together with the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture into a 913 baking pan and even out the surface with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min (allow it to develop a crust). Remove from the oven; cool 5 minutes. Cut into small pieces to serve.
