Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
1 5oz can evaporated milk
1 14oz can chicken broth
1 can La Choy Chow Mein noodles
2 5oz cans chicken in water
1 can whole mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, put in casserole dish. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes
