4 smoked hamhocks
5 lbs. Collard Greens
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamhocks until it fall apart at 2 1/2 - 3 hrs.
Clean collar greens, then stack several leaves on top of it each other then slice thin strips.
Add collard greens to the pot. Add your salt, cover and cook for 35 mins. on medium heat.
Stir every 5 mins. Taste to confirm they are the tenderness you prefer.
