1 (8oz.) pkg. vermicelli (don't salt)
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 heaping tbl. of Greek Seasoning
large can of black olives, sliced
1 sm. jar pimentos, drained
4-5 green onions
3 tbl. mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vermicelli for 6 mins. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, Greek Seasoning. Pour over vermicelli, mix well and marinate for 4 hrs.

Add slice olives, pimentos, onions, & mayo. to marinated vermicelli & mix well.
