35 oreo cookies
2 divided tablespoons marg. or butter
(4) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Place 20 cookies in food processor. Process 30-45 sec. or until finely ground. Add marg. or butter, mix well. Press on bottom of 13x9 in. baking pan. Chop remaining cookies, set aside.

Blend cream cheese, sugar, & vanilla in bowl with mixer @ med. speed. Add eggs, mix until blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 c. chopped cookies. Pour into crust. Sprinkly with remaining chopped cookies.

Bake @ 350º for 40 mins. or until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate 3 hrs. or overnight. Cut into bars & serve.
