Layer 1

1 square butter, melted
1 cup flour
1/2-3/4 cup chopped nuts

Layer 2

1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

Layer 3

2 1/2 cups milk
1 3 oz pkg of instant chocolate pudding
1 3 oz pkg of instant vanilla pudding

Layer 4

1 cup cool whip
Handful of semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix layer 1 together and bake 20 minutes in a 9 inch square pan at 325. Cool. Mix layer 2 and spread on nut mixture. Put in refrigerator until set up. Mix together layer 3 and spread on cream cheese layer and chill. With layer 4, spread on pudding mixture 1 cup of cool whip. Grate some semi sweet chocolate on top. Refrigerate overnight.
