4 slices bacon (cook until crisp) 1/2 c onion finely chopped (saute in bacon grease) 2 1/2 c zucchini cut in 1/4 slices 1 c water 1/2 t salt Soup base: 1/4 c butter 1/4 c flour 1 t salt 1/4 t pepper 2 1/2 c milk 1/2 t worchestershire sauce 1 c shredded mild cheese
Simmer zucchini in water and salt until soft. Add to base.
