5 ilbs. Chicken Wings
1 pkg. NOH brand Korean Kim Chee Mix
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
3/4 water
1 T. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except, for the oil. Add chicken mix well and marinate overnight. Deep fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Put chicken on paper towels to absorb the oil.
