8 medium zucchini/or squash
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. to 1 Tablespoon curry powder
4 cups chicken broth
1-1/2 cups half and half
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut ends off zucchini. Slice thick slices. Place zucchini, onion, curry powder and chicken broth in large pot. Cover and simmer until zucchini is tender. Cool. Process in food processor fitted with steel blade or in blender. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool, then add half and half. Serve cold.
