1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 lg onion (chopped) 2 can mexican style stewed tomatoes 1 can rotel 1 can whole kernel corn 1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilis 1 can Ranch Style Beans 1 can black beans 2 can pinto beans (or substitute 1 can for kidney beans) 1 pk. taco seasoning 1 pk. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Seasoning 1 1/2 c. water
Use 5 qt. pot. Brown hamburger meat with onion. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Continue to cook on low and simmer for 30 minutes without a lid. Ready to serve.
Great when topped with colby cheese and served with tortilla chips.
