1 lb packaged skinless, boneless chicken breast strips, cooked
1 (16 oz) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks
2 (3oz) packages dried ramen noodles
2/3 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in skillet to liking. Add vegetables to skillet and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender, but still slightly crunchy.

While vegetables are cooking, combine noodles (do not use seasoning packet in the Ramen noodles), pineapple and juice in a bowl. Add this bowl along with the stir-fry sauce and water to the skillet. Bring to boil.

Cover and reduce to medium heat. Cook until noodles are tender.
