2-3 lbs. thawed ground beef
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed crackers
1 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
1 t.. chili powder
season to taste with salt, pepper, etc

Sauce for top the Meatballs:
1+ c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1+ t. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together until well blended and then roll it into balls of any size and place in a glass dish(oven safe). Then, mix the sauce and place on top of the meatballs; place in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes with lid covering the meatballs only 30 minutes. If you have a small family or just cooking for 2 these work great as freezer meals, just freeze the meatballs with sauce in a dish until you want them for a meal and stick in oven as directed.
