1 small ripe banana
2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1 (8 oz) carton strawberry or vanilla low fat yogurt
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put banana (cut into chunks), frozen strawberries, yogurt and milk into blender.

Blend on high until mixture is smooth.
