2 lbs. green beans with ends cut off
1/4 lb. country ham pieces, fried
1/2 cup red pepper strips
Salt to taste. (use less salt due to ham being salted)
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beans to a boil, simmer maintaining crispness of beans. Ten minutes before taking off burner, add ham pieces and red pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
