1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion
4 - 5 T. bacon drippings
1 can chili
1 can tomatoes (large)
1 can water
1/2 c. elbow macaroni
salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder and thyme to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and chopped onion in bacon drippings; add chili, tomatoes, water, macaroni and seasonings. Cook until thick gravy forms(about 15 minutes). Sprinkle with 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
