2 pounds carrots
4 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, scrape and cut carrots into rounds. Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain. Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, salt and mustard. Pour over drained carrots. Bake at 300 for 20 - 30 minutes.
