Cut sausage into 8 pieces - let sit until soft. Open crescent roll packages and divide into a total of 8 pieces 4 per roll. Do this by pinching together 2 rolls. Spread sausage over dough, roll up, wrap in wax paper and freeze. When ready to use, cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place frozen on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until brown (aprox. 10 minutes).
