Cream Together
1/2 c. Margarine
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Mashed Bananas
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together Margarine, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla. Add Flour, Baking Soda, Bananas, Sour Cream and Nuts. Mix well - Place in loaf pans, and bake for about 1 hour - Insert knife to see if it is done. When knife comes out clean it is done.
