1 gal raw carrots (cut up)
1 c brown sugar
1 c white corn syrup
1 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring corn syrup and butter to a boil.
Cook carrots, drain, then pour boiled syrup over carrots and let stand 1/2 - 1 hour. Drain and thicken syrup with cornstarch. Pur over carrots. Delicious!
