1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic powder and salt to taste
6-10 flour tortillas

Mix together the first six ingredients. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut in sections. Serve with salsa.
