1 lb ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped (optional)
2 cans corn
2 cans Rotel
2 cans black beans
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of dry ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Dump everything into a big pot including the sauce and simmer for about an hour. Serve with cornbread or on tortillas.
