1 whole chicken, cut up 3 pieces of green onion 1/2 lb red grapes 1/2 can cashews 2 stalks celery, cut up small mayo (enough to mix salad well)
Boil chicken until done. Cut up into pieces in put in bowl. Cut up green onion and celery and add to chicken. Add enough mayo until well moistened. Add red grapes and cashew nuts. Add more mayo if needed. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
