3 tbs salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine seasonings in a Ziploc bag, mixing well. Remove what you need and store the remainder. Wash meat and pat dry. Rub with seasoning mixture. Cook on grill on low. Tastes especially good on ribs and beef!
