1-2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
3 c. broth
salt, pepper to taste
1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in pan that had meat in it; melt it. Sprinkle flour over butter and whisj until it is light brown. This will cook the flour taste out. Do not let burn. Add the broth and stir picking up the bits from the pan
