1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 cup finely shredded Colby Jack cheese 1/4 cup mayo 2 oz. jar pimentos - drained Also can add 1/4 cup olives Also can add 2 slices crisp bacon crumbled
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Can season to taste. Can be doubled easily, too.
