3 Packages Blueberry muffing Mix.

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
Small amount milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray cake pan with non stick oil. Mix Muffin mixes as directed on packages. Pour into cake pan. Bake 350 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and while cake is hot mix powdered sugar and a very small amount of milk together until it will drizzle from spoon (not too thin or too thick) You may have to keep adding a little to get it where you want it. Spread Glaze over cake.

One day I came by my brothers house and he wanted me to make him a blueberry muffin cake. I had no idea what he was talking about, so he told me what to do. I thought this was another one of his crazy ideas but it was really good. Now I'm going have to try his fried green beans that he talks about all the time.
