3 cups lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast or one cake
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water. Add sugar and shortening. Start adding flour and the salt. Keep adding flour until you have a stiff dough. Turn out on floured board and knead in enough flour to make the dough easy to handle. Make out as many buns as you want then put the rest of the dough, covered, in the fridge till ready to use. Will keep covered several days. The last rolls will be better than the first. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
