1 1/4 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Self-rising Cornmeal
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 stick Butter, melted
1/3 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meal with sugar. Add other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 40 to 45 minutes.

The same recipe as her Mother America's was submitted for Myra Fox Long. Wanda said, "Myra brings four or more of these pies to the Fox Reunion. We just can't wait till after dinner, so always sneak in early to do some pie tasting. The pies are so delicious they disappear quickly."
