1 gallon oysters

4 eggs

2 cups milk

4 level Tbsp baking powder

2 Lb flour

2 Tbsp salt

1 1/2 Tbsp pepper

1 3Lb can Crisco per gallon of oysters

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Crisco in a large fry pan. Gently chop oysters, but not too fine. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour about 4-5 Tbsp batter into bubbling Crisco and fry until golden on both sides. Remove from pan and stand on side to drain excess grease. Enjoy!!
