3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1 1/2 qts. torn, assorted greens
2 cans tuna, 6 1/2 oz., drained and flaked
3 tomatoes cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo, sour cream, cucumbers, onions, chopped egg whites and dillweed. Chill. For each serving, top greens with tuna and dressing. Garnish with finely chopped (sieved) egg yolks and then tomato wedges.
