Wash wings and drain. Place in a casserole dish and cover pieces with marinade. Cover dish tightly and place in a preheated over for 1 hour at 350º. Remove from oven and pour off juice. Sprinkle ginger and brush glaze on pieces. Return to the oven uncovered and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
