1 graham cracker pie crust 1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 small can crushed pineapple - undrained 1 small container cool whip - thawed 1 large box instant French vanilla pudding mix 3/4 c. milk
Cream together cream cheese, dry pudding mix and milk. Mix well for 2 or 3 minutes. Add pineapple and mix well. Pour into crust. Top with cool whip. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting and serving. You can also garnish with cherries or pecans.
