10 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing 1 or 2 tsp. grated onion 1 T. horseradish (do not use horseradish dressing) 3/4 small ripe tomatoes (place on paper towels after slicing to drain excess liquid; this is important) Any bread of your choice (white is best)
Cut bread into two in. rounds. Spread dressing on rounds. Place tomatoes between each slice. Sprinkle with little pepper. Refrigerate and serve cold.
