2 lbs. broccoli (tips only)
6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onions (can use red or white)
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 T. wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli tips into bite size chunks. Cook bacon until crisp. Blot to remove grease. Add to broccoli along with onions and raisins. Mix in large bowl. Combine wine vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture. Wait at lease 45 minutes before serving. Preferably several hours. Keeps for several days in the refrigerator.
