4 c. cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 apples, cored and sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
juice of 1 lemon
lettuce, tomato and alfalfa sprouts for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Plump raisins in hot water or brandy for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients except lettuce, tomato and sprouts. Place salad on bed of lettuce and garnish with tomatoes and sprouts.
