2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 T. chopped onion
1 1/4 t. taco seasoning
1 1/2 T. chopped cilantro (opt.)
4 - 6" whole wheat tortillas
1/2 c. salsa (opt.)

Directions:
Mix together chicken, cheese, onion and taco seasoning. Stir in cilantro, if desired. Place one tortilla on baking rack, top with chicken mixture, top with another tortilla and press down gently. Bake at 450 for 8 min. or until cheese has melted. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa if desired.

Note: I use larger tortillas sometimes - I use different flavors and I have also substituted ham, roast or all vegetables. All are very good!!
