"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Combine ground beef, lettuce, Doritos, tomatoes, beans, olives, cheddar cheese onion, green chilies for salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add Doritos just before serving. Combine thousand island dressing, salsa, sugar, taco seasoning for dressing ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate until you serve it. This dressing is very rich, so a little goes a long way. You can substitute Ranch dressing for the dressing listed in this recipe.
