2 pie shells (deep dish)
4 or 5 tomatoes, thinly sliced (do not peel)
1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. cavenders' Greek seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Press both pie shells into a 9 X 13 baking dish to make 1 pie, or make 2 pies in pie shells. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Layer tomatoes, onions, mayo, with seasonings and cheese. Make a second layer like the first. Bake uncovered for 30 min. at 350. Great with vegetables from the garden!
