1 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
Combine sugar, milk and butter in a medium - large sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. When sugar mixture comes to a complete and full boil, remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and cocoa powder. Stir until peanut butter melts. Add oatmeal and stir until combined. Spoon into little piles on wax paper and cool.
