1 medium head of lettuce
1 - 12 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese shredded
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can french-style green beans
1 - 10 oz. pkg. fritos, crushed
1 bottle of catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion, drain. Prepare lettuce as usual for salad. Drain and rinse the beans and add to lettuce. Add grated cheese, diced tomatoes, dressing and mean. Chill. Just before serving, add crushed fritos.
